DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 11, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-07925), and January 23, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-01454), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 11, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 11, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-07925), is enlarged until May 15, 2007, and the record or appendix and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs.
