Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 2, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated August 21, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the record and appellant's brief submitted to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the time of the respondent and Law Guardian to serve and file briefs is enlarged until April 16, 2007, and the briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
