Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 12, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated September 6, 2006, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 16, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
