| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Adam Dewalt Adams for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated December 15, 2006, which, inter alia, modified a judgment of the Civil Court, Kings County, entered August 10, 2005, and, inter alia, to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
