DECISION

On the court's own motion, motions by appellant returnable December 15, 2006 are consolidated for purposes of disposition.

Motion by appellant to consolidate appeals from orders dated August 9, 2006 and October 25, 2006 is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal number 2006-1865 S C.

Motion by for leave to include five documents in appendix is granted with leave to respondent, if so advised, to raise the issue upon appeal of whether said papers should be deemed dehors the record.

On the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by May 4, 2007.

Ordered that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before May 4, 2007, the court on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or the respondent may apply to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
