| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 27, 2007, and to direct that the subject child be remanded to the respondent's custody under its supervision pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order dated February 27, 2007, is stayed and the subject child is remanded to the respondent's custody under the appellant's supervision pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before April 16, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before April 16, 2007, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay and the remand, or the respondent or Law Guardian may move to vacate the stay and the remand, on three days notice.
