DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 1, 2005. Application by the appellant pro se for leave to hire a medical forensic expert to assist in the preparation of the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before May 18, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is denied.
