SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Angelica C. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated February 24, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-02925 and 2006-02926), and a decision of the same court dated July 18, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-03033), and appeals by John R. from the order of the Family Court dated February 24, 2006, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-02926, and another order of the same court also dated February 24 2006, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-02927, all of which appeals were consolidated by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 7, 2007. The appellants' respective briefs were served and filed on February 8, 2007. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the respondent's and the Law Guardian's time to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged until April 30, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
