Appeal by John R. Satchell from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 13, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Temple McDay, Esq., dated March 7, 2007, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
