| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 11, 2006, to declare that a stay pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2) is in effect or to stay disbursement of any money held by the Westchester County Commissioner of Finance to satisfy any judgment in favor of the respondents pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
