Motion by the respondent Sanjay Kumar, to admit pro hac vice, Lawrence G. McMichael and Laura E. Vendzules, attorneys in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania, to represent the respondent on appeals and cross appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 18, 2006, and January 3, 2007, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated June 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
