Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 1, 2006, and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee is denied as unnecessary as the appellant has already paid the filing fee; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 30, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
