It is Ordered that the motion to enlarge time to perfect the appeal and to continue the stay is granted on the condition that: (1) appellant continues to pay accruing use and occupancy to petitioner, without prejudice, and (2) appellant perfects the appeal for the September 2007 term of this court - the filing deadline is July 9, 2007. Petitioner is directed to file its trial exhibits with this court simultaneously with the filing of its respondent's brief. In the event appellant fails to comply with the aforementioned conditions, landlord may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
