Motion by the respondents Church of the First Born, Inc., and Miracle Temple Ministries to compel the appellant to provide settlement documents, or, alternatively, to vacate the withdrawal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 17, 2006, and to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
