| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants ASMAC, LLC, and Aram Sabet for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 30, 2006, and March 9, 2007, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the temporary restraining order contained in the order dated October 30, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the temporary restraining order contained in the order dated October 30, 2006, is denied as academic.
