Motion by the respondent Northeast Realty Holdings, LLC, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 23, 2006, and for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal must be perfected by July 5, 2007, and no enlargements of time shall be granted.
