| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue his motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 21, 2005, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 2, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
