It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeals, presently noticed for the May term, to the June 2007 term. [calender # 07-135/136] The stay of the enforcement of the Civil Court order is continued to and including April 11, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal from the December 27, 2006 order of the Civil Court is perfected, then the stay continues pending the determination of the appeal. Otherwise, the time to comply with the Civil Court order is extended to April 30, 2007.
