Application by the appellants Joyce Owners Corp., and Joyce Management Co. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 30, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to perfect their appeal is enlarged until May 14, 2007, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' shall serve and file their brief in response to the appellants' briefs on or before June 19, 2007.
