DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 30, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Cross motion by the respondent for an award of an attorney's fee for the costs incurred in defending the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 237.
