DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Marsha Dianne Nathan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 7, 1986, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marsha Nathan Morak.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Marsha Dianne Nathan to Marsha Nathan Morak, effective immediately.
