Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to file a brief is enlarged until April 9, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before April 16, 2007.
