Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated November 28, 2006, which determined appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2003, and June 14, 2005, respectively, and an amended judgment of the same court dated August 9, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
