Application by the respondent Asof Dror pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 22, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 23, 2007, and the movant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 7, 2007.
