Motion by Alexander Sajdak, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from a transcript of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2007, and to stay enforcement of an order of the same court also dated February 23, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals therefrom.
