Olga Widing-Schneider, respondent, v Alan Schneider, appellant. (Index No. 26345/95)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Alan Schneider from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 25, 2006. By decision and order on motion of this court dated February 20, 2007, that branch of the appellant's motion which was for leave to prosecute the above-entitled appeal as a poor person was denied with leave to renew on or before March 21, 2007, and that branch of the appellant's motion which was for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal was held in abeyance. The appellant has not renewed the motion for leave to prosecute the above-entitled appeal as a poor person.
On the papers filed in support of the motion for, inter alia, an enlargement of time to perfect the above-entitled appeal, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which was for an enlargement of time to perfect the above-entitled appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal is dismissed as abandoned, without costs or disbursements.
MILLER, J.P., ANGIOLILLO, CARNI and DICKERSON, JJ., concur.
