It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of continuing the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction until after April 30, 2007. This is on condition that use and occupancy of $3,318.oo is tendered to the petitioner-landlord, without prejudice, by April 19, 2007. If not timely paid, the warrant may be enforced after April 19, 2007. In all other respects, the motion is denied.
