Motion by the respondents Gerald Grossman and Ganz & Grossman, D.D.S., P.C., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 6, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents Gerald Grossman and Ganz & Grossman, D.D.S., P.C., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 14, 2007, and the brief of the respondents Gerald Grossman and Ganz & Grossman, D.D.S., P.C., must be served and filed on or before that date.
