| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Nancy Vartabedian to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 7, 2007, as directed her incarceration, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to waive the filing fee for the motion. Separate motion by Robert E. Harlow, Esq., to stay enforcement of so much of the same order as imposed a sanction upon him, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion of Nancy Vartabedian which is to waive the filing fee for the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion of Nancy Vartabedian is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion of Robert E. Harlow, Esq., is denied.
