Application by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 12, 2006, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 19, 2007, as amended March 13, 2007, to provide additional time for the respondents to serve and file their brief and for the appellants to serve and file their reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion dated January 19, 2007, as amended March 13, 2007, is further amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the dates "April 16, 2007," and "April 30, 2007," and substituting therefor the dates "April 20, 2007," and "May 4, 2007," respectively.
