It is Ordered that the motion is granted only the extent of continuing the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction in this holdover licensee proceeding, to and including June 1, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected, then the appellant may move for further continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after June 1, 2007. The Court notes that no stay of the use and occupancy hearing has been granted by this Court.
