ORDERED that so much of its decision and order on motion dated April 2, 2007, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - March 2007" as dismissed an appeal in the above-entitled matter from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 17, 2006, is recalled and vacated and the appeal is reinstated.
