Motion by the appellant-respondent AIG Claims Services, Inc., joined by the appellant-respondent City of New York, on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 25, 2006, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of pages 1707 through 1783 and 1898 through 2014 of the joint record on appeal.
