| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2006, and December 6, 2006, respectively, pending hearing and determination by the Court of Appeals of two appeals in matters entitled Congregation Yetev Lev D'Satmar of Kiras Joel, Inc. v Congregation Yetev Lev D'Satmar, Inc. and Matter of Congregation Yetev Lev D'Satmar, Inc. v Kahana.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are held in abeyance pending hearing and determination by the Court of Appeals of the above-referenced appeals, and the respondents shall notify this court when the Court of Appeals has determined the appeals.
