| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Whitman, Breed, Abbott & Morgan, among others, on appeals and cross appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all entered June 5, 2006, and an order of the same court both entered October 16, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the four orders entered June 5, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-07883, 2006-07885, 2006-07886, 2006-07890) is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until July 16, 2007, and the records or appendices on those appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
