It is Ordered that the motion is granted extending the time to perfect the appeal to no later than June 20, 2007. By said date, the appeal should be noticed for the September 2007 term and the appellant should be current with the payment of accruing use and occupancy. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
