Application by the respondents KRT Property Holdings, LLC, and KRT Property Holdings Manager, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 25, 2006, and December 6, 2006, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 27, 2007, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
