DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated May 1, 2006, July 19, 2006, and September 20, 2006, respectively, inter alia, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, or, in the alternative, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 18, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeals is denied without prejudice to renew when the appeals are perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
