Motion by the Law Guardian for Gordon Lee R. to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated January 6, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian for Gordon Lee R., Ian C. Berliner, Esq., 16 Court Street, Brooklyn, New York , New York 11241, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
