Motion by the respondent for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated Janaury 22, 2007, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto; it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
