Appeal by William Duarte from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 2, 1995. The appeal has not been perfected. By order to show cause dated March 9, 2007, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal as abandoned (see CPL 460.70[2][c]; 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
Now, upon the court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]).
