| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all dated July 18, 2006, to substitute Choong-Hee Lee, administrator of the estate of Chong Lee, a/k/a Chong Sung Lee, for the deceased defendant Chong Lee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Choong-Hee Lee, administrator of the estate of Chong Lee, a/k/a Chong Sung Lee, is substituted for the deceased defendant Chong Lee, and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 11, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
