| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Wanda Azmoodeh from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 21, 2005. By decision and order on motion dated February 22, 2007, the appellant's appendix and brief were stricken and the appellant was directed to serve and file a replacement appendix and brief that complies with the CPLR and rules of the court (see CPLR 5528; 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[c]), on or before April 9, 2007. The appellant has not complied with that directive.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant has not perfected the appeal in accordance with the rules (see CPLR 5528; 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[c]), and the decision and order on motion of this court dated February 22, 2007.
