A party to each of the following named causes gave notice to the court that the cause or the action or proceeding underlying it was settled but a stipulation withdrawing the cause was not filed with this court in the 30 days following the receipt of such notice. Commencing on April 2, 2007, the names of those causes were published in a dismissal calendar in the New York Law Journal and on the court's website at www.nycourts.gov/courts/ad2/calendar/, but stipulations withdrawing the causes were not filed nor were motions made for an enlargement of time to do so within the 15 business days following the first day of publication.
Pursuant to Administrative Order ADM 2007-0328.1, it is
