| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to amend a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 16, 2006, to reflect that the appellant also appeals from a resentence of the same court imposed April 3, 2006, and to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 23, 2006, to reflect that it also granted poor person relief and assigned counsel on the appeal from the resentence imposed April 3, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal and the decision and order on motion of this court dated October 23, 2006, are deemed amended.
