| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated March 19, 2001 (People v Rodriguez, 281 AD2d 999), affirming a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed January 13, 1997. The application was denied by decision and order dated January 30, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
