DECISION

Motion by Paula Wetstein, Esq., to be relieved of representing respondent on the appeal is granted.

Ordered that movant is directed to serve her client with a copy of this decision and order, with notice of entry, by mailing a copy to his last known address by both ordinary mail and certified mail, return receipt requested, within 30 days of the date of this decision and order, which shall constitute notice to appoint another attorney.

Ordered that no further proceedings shall be taken against respondent until the expiration of 30 days after service upon him, as specified herein, of a copy of this decision and order, with notice of entry.

On the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by July 6, 2007.

Ordered that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before July 6, 2007, the court on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or the respondent may apply to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.

On the court's own motion, the stay contained in the order of this court dated January 2, 2007 is reinstated and continued on condition that appellants perfect the appeal by July 6, 2007.

Ordered that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
