Appeal by Nancy Vartabedian from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 7, 2005. By decision and order of this court dated February 15, 2007, the appellant was granted until March 30, 2007, to serve and file a brief on the appeal. The appellant failed to do so.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
