Dorchester Assoc. v Leon, Ruth L., et al.
It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted. The appellants are no longer pursuing their appeal from the November 9, 2006 judgement of the Civil Court. That particular judgment has been vacated and this court's stay of the execution of a warrant of eviction, issued pursuant to that judgment, is no longer necessary. This is without prejudice to either parties rights insofar as it pertains to any subsequent order or judgment of the Civil Court.
