| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 21, 2006, and July 20, 2006, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, and applications by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the applications, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of a supplemental appendix containing the opposition papers to the motions which resulted in the orders dated June 21, 2006, and July 20, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the nonparty-appellant shall serve and file the supplemental appendix on or before May 29, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that applications are denied as premature.
